Nestled in the woods on Bear Creek just 24 miles from the Yosemite National Park entrance, Bear Creek Cabins is a quaint and rustic hideaway offering studio and studio + loft accommodations. Each cabin has a private bath, air conditioning, TV and small kitchen stocked with basic essentials.

A YARTS stop is located at the entrance the property, and a restaurant and spa are walking distance. The historic town of Mariposa, which offers numerous dining and entertainment options, is only a 12 minute drive.

Note that our entrance bridge is currently under construction due to recent storms, so we ask that guests use a secondary entrance point. Directions and map included below.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FOR NEW ENTRANCE - 6993 Highway 140

Traveling on Highway 140 toward the Park, about 10 miles from Mariposa, you'll notice a lighted highway sign with Yosemite information. When you see this, slow down! You're nearing our entrance.
On the left side of the road, you will see a bus stop and lighted Bear Creek Cabins sign (along with our neighbor's resort signage). Pass this entrance as it's currently under construction.
Take a left at the next driveway, and then the immediate left onto the one-lane dirt road.
After passing two small cabins on your left, take a sharp right, turning up the hill toward the cabins. You will see a Bear Creek Cabins sign as you turn.
Bear Creek Cabins is the large log cabin building at the top of the short hill. Parking is to the left of the building.
